| Tracey has been practicing yoga for over thirteen years and has successfully completed five internationally accredited teacher training programs in India, Australia, the USA and Bali.She has attained her internationally registered 500 hour Yoga Alliance certificate with Inspya Yoga (Lance Schuler, Australia) and Sadhana Yoga Chi (Doug Swenson,USA). She has completed over 1000 hours of training and workshops with internationally renowned yoga teachers such as Louisa Sear, Simon Borg-Olivier, John Friend, Lance Schuler, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Gurmukh, Judith Lasater, Dhama Mittra, Aadil Palkhivala, Nicki Knoff, David Life, Desiree Rumbaugh and David Swenson.
She has a diploma in exercise science and fitness management, Australia, which she completed in 2004. She is trained in a variety of Hatha Yoga systems, including Iyengar, Ashtanga,Vinyasa flow and Yin. In conjunction with the physical practice and training, she has completed a number of silent meditation retreats. Tracey is a naturally talented teacher, well known to heal tired, overworked, stressed people. she has just recently closed her commercial yoga studio in Durban, South Africa in order to focus on running teacher trainings and retreats in various locations around the world. She combines a dynamic personality with world-class training to deliver amazing yoga experiences.
